Quizno?s Tuna Melt (large)
2,090 calories
175 g fat (31 g saturated fat, 2.5 g trans fats)
2,190 mg sodium

How the hell is it humanly possible to get 175 calories in a sandwich? Other than using slices of fat, rather than cheese?

The bread alone should have 175 calories.

However assuming you meant fat. Mayonnaise is almost all fat, like 80%. So assuming they used a shit load in the tuna you get a shit load of fat.

ROFL!! "After all, it had more sugar (266 grams) than 20 bowls of Froot Loops..." That's just frightening.

according to quiznos.com those numbers aren't quite right.

a large tuna melt has 1760 calories, 1190 of which are from fat, with 133 grams of fat. the dressing alone is 40 of those grams, with the cheese being another 9. why you need dressing on tuna salad i don't know.

a large turkey bacon guacamole is slightly better at 1160 calories, 500 of which are from fat. but there are 3,710 mg of sodium, enough to choke a horse.

edit: good god no wonder i have high blood pressure, the large italian is even worse

I had that last time after seeing those monster figures.
I was quite surprised at how small/dinky the sandwich looked when i got it. It wasn't even that flavorful considering all those saturated fats and sodium.
