I just got a relay call from a hearing impared customer. Advised them that I would call them back in about 30 minutes. After I hung, I realized, I HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO MAKE A TDD CALL!!!
So anyone wanna fill me on how to do this in the future. I have their phone number, but what service to call to get them connect with me, etc. I'm such a moron. And I feel really badly for these people who have to put up with us "norms".
