How important is it to you to get the first reply to a post?

I get pissed when I lose a post and the first post due to a forum error. Stupid fusetalk ate a 15 minute post. :(

If it's a long ass post I instinctively copy it to clipboard before hitting reply.

I'm on the other side of the world. Because of the time difference the thread is usually dead by the time I get to it. *sigh*
