Go to this link. It has all sorts of info on making a network boot disk and also has lots of drivers for most nic cards. It is very helpful.

MSD.exe - Microsoft Diagnostic Tool can found on Win9.x/me. If I can rememer correctly it came with Dos 6.0 & up.
