I have a 3200+ Athlon 64 @ 3400+ and my temps jump from 34 C to 53 running it. Is this a normal amount?

My Winnie running @2.2GHz runs at 57C with stock cooler. I have not had any issues. And I think it is within normal range...

My 3200+ A64 (not OC'd) is running about 42 C. It is in a Shuttle SFF box (XPC) with their "ICE module" cooling set-up.
