Inspired by another thread, got me thinking:
In order to avoid problems with circulation, carpel tunnel, etc, as much as possible, how high should your chair be sitting? Some might just say "where ever is comfortable for you" but I've had this chair at the same height for so damned long that I'm used to it even it's unhealthy.
