Anyone know the typical average people get on it atleast? I'd like to increase the core clock to 650mhz (same as 9600gt), i dont know what precisely is the right amount to OC the memory clock (its a 900mhz in rivatuner right now).. Also in rivatuner is it ok to let the program "link clocks" between the core and shader clock?

Also the card is an evga 8800gt with stock cooling. I have set fan profiles in Rivatuner so the fan can run full speed when necessary.

On stock cooling you will be lucky to get 700MHz core speed.

Linked clocks is perfectly fine. You might be able to push the core or the shaders higher individually, but I'm of the opinion that their speeds are pretty well balanced. Usually you need more core speed than shader, but the real world difference will probably be negligble. Like not even 3 fps, tops.

I guess you'll have something around 680-720 core , 1700-1750 shader, 1900-2000 memory. It really depends of your card eventually, so don't base yourself on what others got, just overclock it and see how far it goes.
