How high can I set CPU and I/O voltages?

I have an Abit KT7-RAID with and T-bird 900. It's currently running at 109*9 with a CPU voltage of 1.8 and an I/O voltage of 3.3. The hardware monitor shows 60C when processing. I am using a Taisol with cheap thermal compound.

How high can I set these voltages? How high should I let the temp go?

Thanks.

Hmm... it's safe to bring the i/o voltage to 3.4 and the core voltage to the max, 1.85, but you should only do this is your temp is lower. What is your case temp with that??? I have a Duron 1050 and it is running @48C full load 24/7. My case temp is 24-25C.

are you using the Taisol CGK742092 or the cheaper one?... if you have the cheaper one.. I would suggest getting a better one, also see if you can get some Arctic Silver from a friend or something.

I have the Taisol CGK742092, T-Bird 700@933 @ 1.8v, and im at 43ºC right now, 19ºC (I am a very hot person..room is always cold.) I lapped mine with some 600 grit wet sand paper and am using Artic Silver.
