just wanted to see where i fall with respect to other people.
i figure a lot of you guys are doing SS and SL workouts, so we can have a good range of numbers.

5'10", 170 lbs
numbers are working sets of whatever routine you do. mine is SS, so 3x5.

squat - currently 215, lots more room to grow (126% BW)
bench - stuck at 205, shoulder pain limiting my progress (120% BW)
deadlift - currently 215, not even close to max (126% BW)

i started these 3 exercises at 155# on SS program and incremented 5# each workout.

overhead press - stuck at 130#, again shoulder limited (76% BW)
bent-over row - 140# with room to grow (82% BW)

yea i have 2 bad discs in my lower back so i cant do them anymore :( but for legs I use the hack sled machine which is as close to squats as I can get, and I go ALL the way down when doing them as well.

anyways i'm 5'11 about 206lbs now (down from about 216-218 5-6 weeks ago)

bench - probably can do 255lb 3x5, before i started to cut i was doing 265lbs 5x5.
hack sled - 360lbs i did last time 5x5.
deadlifts - no can do :(

5'11 220lbs 33y/o

squat - currently 265lbs 3x5 (i up my weight next week, gonna start squatting 285)
bench - stuck at 165lbs 3x5 (chest is one of my weakest areas, no spotter either, so i can't go full bore without risk)
deadlift - currently 225lbs 3x5 (just really starting to get the hang of doing these properly, so i am def. sure i can lift more than this.)

overhead press 95lbs 3x5
bent-over row 115lbs 3x5

my legs have always been my strong suit, but just recently learned how to properly bench, row, and OH press. I should be seeing some significant gains within the next 4 - 6 months because of this.

one thing I'm looking at adding are power cleans but, i don't know how to properly do those and fear injury.

6' 180lbs currently and rising.

Squat: worked out yesterday with 150lbs. Need much improvement here
Bench: 140lb
Deadlift: 185lb yesterday. Just above BW, pretty happy with that.

My main goal is to squat my BW, I don't see myself getting 1.5bw any time soon, maybe a few years from now but i'm not too concerned with that.

Oh and i've been doing 5x5 but switched to SS 3x5 yesterday due to time issues. Been doing 5x5 for a month and a half.

Hmm to keep it consistant, if I were doing sets of five, it would be about...

squat: 265 - 169%
dead: 295 - 188%
bench: 205 - 131%
overhead: 165 - 105%

I don't do bent over rows, but for dumbbell rows, about 95-105lb dumbbells.

5'6" 157lbs

I don't do this program that everyone here does, so these are rough estimates to what I would do in 3 sets of 5. I generally do sets of 10, 5, 3, 2. I only just started lifting in April after taking off since September or so, so I'm only just getting back in shape. Not doing too bad.

6'0 and 150 lb

Been doing SS for about 2 months. Newbie.

Squat: Stalled on 3rd rep of 5 doing 150 lb. Rolled back to 135 and going up. I had 145, so 97% bw
Bench: 130, and going up - 87% bw
OH Press: 90, and going up 60% bw
Deadlift: 160, and was easy. Going up. 107%

edit: this is current work weight for 3x5. Don't know my 1RM max.

edited to add %.

I benched 200 at a body weight of 150 last time I maxed out. I'm probably weaker now. I never max out on squats or deadlifts, because I am a weenie and fear injury.

I do the Bill Star 5x5, where you do 5 sets, increasing the weight for each. At the end of my bulk one month ago, here were the heaviest numbers I put up (ie, final sets of the final workout):

5'11", 223lbs.

squat: 325x4 (146%)
deadlift: 405x4 (182%)
bench: 315x4 (141%)
OH press: 165x5 (74%)
rows: 225x5 (101%)

Unfortunately, one month later, things are a bit different. I'm fighting a lower back injury, so I switched from back squats to front squats, rows to pull-ups, and stopped doing deadlifts. I also had to reset my workout back about 4-5 weeks as I had been stalling towards the end of my bulk. So, the numbers as of this past Monday:

5'11", 213 (I'm doing a cut now)

front squat: 240x5 (113%)
bench: 300x5 (141%)
weighted pull-ups: 50x5 (123%)
OH press: 160x5 (75%)

It's a bit hard to compare since the exercises change, but overall, I don't think I've lost much strength since the bulk, with the notable exception of my lower back. damn injuries.

5'10", 203 lbs (fluctuate from 200-205)

Squat - 5x5 275 was highest, currently deloaded to 230 as switching to low bar and tightening form (135% BW)
Bench - 5x5 185 (93% BW)
Deadlift - 1x5 275 (135% BW)
OH Press - 5x5 110 was highest, stalled at 115, in a deload at 105 now (54% BW)
Rows - 5x5 160 failed on 165 last time, (79% BW)

I'm happy on squats, hoping to go past 275 with good form in the next 3 weeks. Bench I barely got 185 5x5, I'm hoping to do my bodyweight 5x5 within a month to 6 weeks as I assume I'll have to deload once maybe twice. Deadlift I am hoping to get to 315+lbs while maintaining good form (I think I could move 315 for 5 reps now but am worried about keeping my back tight). OH press I feel weak on, need to work on my form, I want to get to 135lbs in the next month so I can use big plates on all exercises :). Rows are getting hard, was hoping to get to 185 fast but I dunno if it will happen.

that's pretty much where I was until recently. Started the stronglifts 5x5 routine in march, and did it for a month - but then I got sick for 2 weeks, and it took a lot out of me. Now I'm doing about 245 squat (265), 195 bench (215 before illness), 145 row (back is my weakest point), 315 d. lift (didn't lose anything here, it seems), and 135 oh press - had to do push presses to finish last 2 sets though, last time I did it (I was at 145+ before illness).

6'1" , don't know weight, probably in 205-210 range

205lbs

Squat 246%
Bench 136%
Deadlift 285%

Bodyweight multipliers/percentages aren't the best way to judge your strength progress. Here's a PDF that will give you a decent idea of where you stand: WLSTANDARDS.pdf

Yep, I've used those standards since day 1. Ten weeks into the program I was nearly advanced for all lifts so I wasn't quite sure if they were accurate or not.
