I tell my gf take the water off the car...she doesn't understand. i know it may not be the best way to say it, but i would interpret this as using a shamie skin or some kind of cloth to get the water off the car. (this is after a car wash). I know my grammar and english isn't perfect with the statement, but geez...

or this one: "Make me a sandwhich after you're done with the dishes" geeeez

the problem isn't how you say it or how she interprets what you say.

the problem is that you shouldn't let that woman help you dry your car. You think she's going to do as good a job as you? You think she cares about streaks? water spots? scratches from her rings?

get it right and do it yourself.

Take the water off the car? WTF? I've never heard of a more retarded way of saying "dry off the car".

Your English does suck a left nut.

yeah. exactly.

The real reason you got into a fight is that you were not able to admit to your gf that you were speaking english like a retarded rhesus monkey.

You should have just admitted it or made a joke about yourself.

She should have knocked your non-English speaking ass into the car and said, "There's one spot without water. Let's get the rest done."

When you grow up, you'll learn not to ask the question if you don't want to hear the answer.

If you get into an argument with your girlfriend about drying a car, one of you is immature and petty. possibly both
