How hard is it to start up a online business?

im a kid out of high school. i plan on going to college in january. i have a job. i want to start a small on the side online business as a reseller selling coolers for cpu's/chip sets and the works. also plan to get some cpu's and motherboards possibly. would you guys let me know how hard it actually is and how much money would have to be invested?

get a vstore...from vstore.com! or just sell on the for sale/trade forum. believe it or not you actually make quite a few bucks there and you make some new friends, albeit online people.
