And actually make it look good? I have not done much painting in my life. I have seen several how toos on the whole process, but how hard is it really? I really like the Blue case from Enermax that looks like the Antec1030, but I'm not sure if it's worth the extra money. So if painting is not too difficult then i will do that to an Antec.

Also I have seen that you need to sand the case to make the paint stick. How well does the paint cover? I ask becuase the Antec SX1030B is a little cheaper then the regular beige one, so I figure i might as well get that one, since it looks nicer if I don't decide to paint it, but if I do decide to paint it, will I be able to cover up the dark paint already on it?

Mike... I just finished painting my case. It's not hard, but it takes time. You need to be very patient. Here is a good article on case painting that will help you through.

It should be pretty easy to cover the black paint, as long as you are going over it with a fairly dark color.
step 1-sand with at least 400 grit or finer sandpaper. 2-wipe off sanding dust with a semi damp cloth. 3-spray a light 1st coat in a dust free, well ventilated area. 4-allow to dry and repeat step 3 until you have uniform coverage.
you can do all of this in under 2 hours most likely.
hope this helps!

Hey, I'll help you out on this one, as I have done it twice.

First and most importantly (not the first step) use many many many many light coats of spray.

sand it down, wash it with soap and water, and start painting.

I thought you had to wait quite a while for the paint to dry, how can you do it in a couple hours. My main concern is getting even coverage, I don't want it too look bad, is it hard to make sure its even?

the keys to the paint drying fast are ventilation and the light coats of paint. if you put the paint on too heavy you run the risk of getting runs, so be light on the trigger.

Oh yeah, what is the easiest method pf painting, I had assumed spray paint, anything better?

Next question, how hard is it to paint a fan, and will it effect it's RPM or weight balance.

a good model paint, or even regular krylon. no matter what make sure you spray it! dont mess with brushes or rollers it will look like crap.
as far as painting the fan goes, personally I would stay away from it, just to make sure I didn't throw off the fan balance.

I hope you can find a way to paint the fan, I just don't have a good feeling about it.
Good Luck!
let me know how it turns out!

So covering the black pain shouldn't be hard, what about with a medium color of blue, will that cover it? If not isn't is possible to sand the pain completely off?
