57% It was higher before I started wondering every week if they had enough to keep my paycheck from bouncing.
Pay isn't super high but it was enough to pay the bills and I had some control of my hours and what I did.
Now I'm just waiting for the Axe to fall and to head for the unemployment line.
Best thing they could do for me now is to fire me or go belly up.
