How good is the Sanyo Denki 19.1 cfm fan?

If I add this fan to the Alpha Pal 6035, and use it on my 850Mhz thunderbird, will that be sufficient cooling? (I don't plan to overclock)

heh use a black label delta 38 CFM 7000rpm fan.... sounds louder then my blow dryer

You can OC in the smaller ranges and remain stable [especially with an Alpha ;)].. this fan is a work of art very well built and very quiet
