I bought something from a guy in Canada via PayPal (and I did have a balance in my PayPal account) and the guy never sent me the item or my money back. I filed a complaint with PayPal, they said "Seller is guilty, but we can't help you."
I have that email saved for all purposes, is there anyway I could get my money back by taking all my money out of my PayPal account and calling up MasterCard? Anyone have good experiences with them?
