I've had them for a year and a half and have been pretty pleased. I even got an extended warranty from them that was way cheaper than what the dealership offered.

Recently, I was involved in a car accident and they were very helpful...but since it wasn't my fault, I decided to go against the other persons insurance instead.
 
I've had them for a few years and they've been very good. I've had two claims...furniture truck backed into my parked car ($1500) and hail damage ($5500) and I had zero problems getting the damage repaired.
 
I've had them over a year- no problems at all, but I havent filed a claim with them.
I did have to call them up to change some things on my policy and they were very helpfull
 
I tried to buy my tC w/ the AMEX, but the damn dealer ship said they can only charge $4600 on CC. Man, I was gonna get 2x warranty on my car.
