I think I'm in the best shape of my life.. I have literally zero fat. I hit the gym everyday... I lost all the fat because I live by myself and don't like to cook. I eat mostly chicken, tuna, and egg whites.
I weighed 154ish (5'11)... then after living by myself, I weigh 145 currently. Definitely more muscle definition, and no fat in the stomach area.
I still look skinny with certain articles of clothing so I want to gain more weight.
