I got 6Mb download and around 384Kb upload on my home connection. My school connection sucks, I can get like 8Mb downloads with unrestricted access, but the dorms are shared and each user is limited to a max 1Mb anyhow. (the shared hurts way more though) Not sure about uploads, but they suck too.

I think my university server is bogged down, downloading it's saying only 250KB/s which is strange since I regularly download at 1MB/s and faster......however the upload is about right at 2MB/s
