How Fast Do Gas Stations Reflect Oil Prices...

Today oil prices were down over 7%, and unleaded gasoline down 6% or so. How long is it before gas stations reflect these prices, if at all?
 
On the down slope, slowly, depending on competition.

On the up slope, I have seen them jump the moment bad news gets broadcasted, even if no fuel truck is in sight.

Prices have jumped two-three times a day when bad news regarding the ME sitution was flairing up.
