I was always very stubborn about doing things my own way when learning how to type and how to play the piano.

I'm a terrible sight reader, but when I am making up my own words to write and music to play, I can fly.

LOL. Don't let the numbers get to your head dudes.

Now, use a REAL typing program, and watch the numbers drop. The average typer is like 25-35 words per minute. There's no way all of you guys can type that fast, and very unlikely can type more than 65-70 words per minute. You have no idea how fast that actually is. A very fast typist types at about 60-65 wpm.

BTW, I got 131 net. I KNOW I don't type that fast. LOL!

Sure it is not accurate. But we can atleast compare results to each other. You know somebody getting a 120 is faster than someone with 110.

Did anybody else get the fun and enjoyment of taking typing class in highschool and using the program Mavis Beacon? That was awesome On the "right fright" one we would always have races, and I won with like 100WPM.
