I can get burst of 900k (when you first click on the link to d/l). Then it stabilizes at 500K. I use Cox@home> what is your burst and steady rate?

I'm capped at 375KB/s. I can hit 300-310KB/s on good sites during off hours. Adumphia caps at 3Mbit/s. Uploads are capped at 33.6K since it's 1way cable. Most times I'm connected at 21.6K. D'oh!

i am in louisiana.

I hate that my download is capped at 3 Mbps and upload capped at 256Kbps but its ok.
But am paying $50 a month which including renting the cable modem.

i have been getting about 60 ping on servers in Seattle playing Counter-Strike; I have been as high as 150 before. These download stats are based off of reputable companies that have fast servers. ie. Microsoft, Adobe.... Did anyone try that site?
