155 HP - anybody have any specs on 0-60, top speed, 1/4 etc. ? I'm kinda thinking about one...I'd buy a maxima but they're a heck of a lot pricier, and would screw a 23 year old on insurance.

155HP on a big four door wouldn't give great performance, it that's what you're looking for. :)
Probably around 10s or so for 0-60, ~16s 1/4, top speed is probably limited to 110 or something.
If you're looking for performance(which is what is sounds like), there's faster four doors out there. :)

Well I'm not looking for too much performance because I'm still scared thinking back when my dad owned a maxima and how grossly childlike I was behind the wheel. I would have thought 155 horses could pull this down closer to a 9 second though...

Damn - its really that fast...? Its only about 200 pounds lighter than a maxima, which is doing 6.7 0-60 with 222 horsepower...but the old maximas with 192 did 7.1 or so, so I can see how a slightly lighter car could do 8 or a bit over.

Well between this and a volkswagen this would be nice in that sense...I wonder how insurance is though. A 1.8T golf would be nice but i bet insurance wouldn't be.

EDIT: Actually the 1.8T according to VW's site does 0-60 in 8.2 seconds and it weighs 2900 pounds vs. about 2800 for the base altima. Both have 150-155 horsepower. On the other hand other people tell me that the 1.8T actually does 0-60 well under 8 and VW site lies to sell the VR6 :)
