Just curious as to how far all of you commute to work.. or how far would you be willing to commute in the tight job market of today..
This is one-way commute time..

It would be better if the poll were miles. I can't accurately give you a time because leaving 5 mins earlier or later can have a profound effect on my travel time.

No more than 20 minutes or I move. Just ain't worth it to me, to travel more than that.

Eight miles. Takes 30 min by mountain bike or 30-45 by car depending on how gridlocked the intown traffic is.

1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes depending on traffic. ~24 miles all backroads in N Atlanta.

Trying to move closer..30 minutes or less.

There's a nice new subdivision being built within 5-10 minutes of my job but not sure if I can afford it.

< 15 minutes now that I moved close to work a little over a year ago. For 5 years before that I did an 1 hr 15 min commute (one way). I will NEVAR commute again unless I have no other options. It's so much better now.

i leave my house at 6:30AM & get to work a little before 8AM.

Mines really between 35 and 40 minutes...but I checked 45. I wish I had a very small commute becasue I rack up incredible miles on my car and so I don't like owning a particularly expensive car (already made that mistake).
