Not really. My parents fooled me into thinking we were really poor, when we actually weren't at all. I just assumed we didn't have all the extra income my friends parents had.

Maybe some charity work. Try serving some food at a homeless shelter or something similar. Maybe you'll see how fortunate and spoiled you really are.

I help out charity's all the time. I'm an A honor roll student. And am actually helping my friend, "soon to be girl friend" set up a charity rasing food and money for homeless throughout the holiday season's.

Just think about it. If you had everything to build you a new computer wouldn't you be mad if you couldn't?

next time, order later. I've dealt with "but wait for Christmas morning" and it sucks. Learn next year.

My parents generally buy me stuff for Christmas, but I never expect to get it before December 25th. Even if I know what it is.

You want to rob your parents of the joy of seeing you open it on Christmas day.

I would be anxious, not pissed. If my mom paid a substantial amount like yours did, I would just be thankful and wait.

YOu say that now, I bet you would not have thought like that when you were 14.

....That set up shouldn't cost more than 1000 bucks, and you said you put 700 dollars into it(btw where did that 700 come from, you can't legally work) and your mom put in 685?

I'm not great at math, but unless you got like a 24 inch CRT or you bought parts early, then there are a few parts missing from your sig.

When I was 13 we had a 386, that was a bad ass computer, used to play Exploration on that thing all the time.

Your current Dell is better than mine(I will be getting a new one soon too), so I wouldn't complain, it should play games decently.

Hey, did you want some chocolate milk?
