How easy to set up VPN for small business?

So I put in a new router for a friend's company (A Cisco wrvs4400n) and they noticed it is VPN capable, and asked how easy it would be to set up VPN for a few users? I saw Cisco has a product QuickVPN, but not sure what kind of administration this requires?

Their internet comes in via a Cox business circuit.

I know its vague, but any ideas?

edit: the total office has about 15 staff, 3 or 4 of them would use VPN.

Do they have a Windows server on-site? If so, just set up SSTP and be done with it.
