How does this system look in your opinion? I was given $700 to build/upgrade my current system.. and this is what I've come up with. Do you see any needs for changes? Any conflicts I need to resolve? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Don't get an SLI mobo, save $40. Take the $40 and buy a better video card - x800xl in particular.

I have to agree. The rest of the system is solid. Do you already have DVD-RW and floppy drives? What about the HD, could you keep it from your current rig?
 
Same CPU for less

For Mobo I would go with either the DFI nF4 Ultra - D for $132 or the Epox EP-9NPA nF4 Ultra for $108

For a case just use whatever you have now unless you really want a new one. If you don't get a new case save the $$ and get a better GFX card like a 6800GT or a X800Pro or something.

What you have for ram is fine or you can use the equivalent OCZ stuff which I suggest for DFI.
