How does this psu compare to Antec and Enermax?

I was recomended this psu on anandtech and the recomender said it was just as good as an antec and better than an enermax because of more reliable rails. Does anyone know anything about this psu. I will be doing alot of overclocking but am trying to keep my cost low. I will use alot of fans. I really would have no problem buying this psu b/c it will save me $30.
 
It is a very good PSu. It shouldn't be too noisy and will deliver ~220W down the 5v and 3.3v rails (combined)
