How does this look?

With the CPU price drops starting today, I'm considering ordering the parts for my next system possibly as soon as this week. For 265 dollars shipped at MWave I can get the following bundle:

CPU - AMD Athlon 64 3500
Mobo - ASROCK AM2NF4G-SATA2
RAM - Corsair Twin2x PC6400 1 GB (2x512MB)

I need a video card too, but I'm going to use the onboard video on the ASRock for a little while until I decide on what card I want, but ignoring that and looking at the bundle itself, how is it?

Also, I'll probably be getting an Antec Sonata II case to go with this.

Well, they ran out of the PC6400 RAM I wanted unfortunately, so it looks like I have to make some changes...

Pretty much sticking to the same Mobo and CPU, but I'm stuck on RAM. What's the best speed RAM to get for an AM2 Athlon 64 3500+ if I don't plan on overclocking?

For $355 shipped, I can get the same board and CPU along with 1 GB of Kingston PC4200 RAM, and an Antec SLK3800B case (might get this over the Sonata just because I like the look better)

Is PC4200 going to make any difference over PC3200 if I'm not overclocking? PC3200 has a lower cas latency too, so I'd think that'd be the better thing for me to get, right?
