How does this look?

I'm upgrading an aging A64 3200+ system:

A64 3200+
Chaintech ZNF-250 (nF3-250U)
1GB PC2700 DDR
2x200GB 7200RPM WD SATA
ATI Radeon 9800 (Dell OEM card)
No-Name Power Supply

to this (just placed the order from Newegg yesterday):
X2 3800+
DFI LANPARTY UT nF4
2GB Corsair XMS 2GB DDR400
eVGA 7600GT
Antec 550W Power Supply

Will I see a big improvement over the old system? I know that the video card is a bit weak, but it was all I could afford at the moment. At some point, I will upgrade to a better one and stick the 7600 on eBay.

Thanks!

If you can still cancel do it, the RAM is overly expensive the PSU will be a TP2 which is mediocre at best, the motherboard is a SLI one (i think) and as such a waste of money and the graphics card is woefully weak for a gaming system in that price range.

It'll be a big improvement either way, but it won't be as good as you could get.

I can't cancel it.

But I did decide to splurge and order a 7900GT. The 7600GT can go in another machine. If needed, I can always continue using my current PSU, which has worked fine for the last two years despite being a no-name that came with a warranty card entirely written in Chinese. :)
