Any bottlenecks? Looks fine to me.
 
Looks good... just as a throw out, you could probably get a cheaper 1 TB drive for the same price as that 640.

Although you could give us a bit more info on what you're using it for.

For case, take a look at Cooler Master RC-690, or maybe one of the cheaper Lian Li boxes.

With some of that high end hardware I'd go with the Enermax Revolution

If your going with the Antec Earthwatts 500w PSU, just get the Antec Sonata III case/PSU combo. It comes with the Earthwatts 500w PSU. Should work out just fine for your needs. If you want a different case, than I'd recommend the Cooler Master 690 case, it is quite nice and cools pretty good too!
