How does this computer look?

Looks good. As for the motherboard, I just installed one in my brothers computer, and I love it. I took his 3200 Venice to 2.6 on Kingmax value RAM. I got it for him because he has a 6800GT AGP, and this board allows him to upgrade to a PCI-E in the future.
 
i bet if you dont overclock the ps wont be a problem, as antec includes ps that you can buy seperately, most of the time. but looks good.

It's an Antec PSU that comes with the case, and has 29A on the 12v rails, so I wouldn't be worried at all.
 
Yeah, the PSU is great for pretty much anything outside of SLI. Overclocking should be a cinch. The build looks great; truly great. Nice job!
