How does this build look?

After coming into a little money recently i decided to buy a new pc. I have just over £2000 to spend and my key priorities lie in gaming. I decided at the start to build it around a single 8800gtx, with a core 2 duo processor and nforce mobo. After some looking around i pieced together this build -

Video - XFX GeForce 8800GTX 768MB DDR3 PCIE Dual DVI TVo
Memory - GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2
Mobo - Asus P5N-E SLi nForce 650 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2
CPU - Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Socket 775 2.4GHz
Monitor - Dell Ultrasharp 2407WFP 24" Widescreen LCD Monitor - Midnight Grey
Case - Thermaltake VA7000BWA Shark Case - Black with Window
PSU - Corsair HX 620W ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU
Sound - Razer Barracuda AC-1 Gaming Sound Card
Keyb - Saitek Eclipse II
Mouse - Logitech G5 Gaming-Grade Laser Mouse - Retail
Speakers - Creative Inspire 7.1 T7900 Speakers
HDD - Western Digital Raptor 74GB S150 16MB 10000RPM
Western Digital Caviar RE2 500GB S300 16MB
Windows - Microsoft Win XP Pro 32B OEM & vista upgrade coupon
DVD - Pioneer DVD+-R/RW/RAM Dual Layer 16x IDE Black OEM
AV - Symantec Norton Anti Virus 2007

How does it look, im a novice when it comes to building, although i have built 3 computers so far. I am thinking of OC'ing the build, however it will be a learning experience as i have not yet done any oc'ing. Ive spent quite some time today putting this together on paper, so i think it looks very sweet, but i would like a second opinion from experts to save a disaster in the making >8¬)

Funny you say that, up until the last minute i had a seasonic s12, i decided to go for a modular so that i could clean up the insides and get some fancy lights and stuff, to you know, show it off when my mates come round >8¬) i was hoping that this psu would be sturdy enough for me not to worry about, is it really a concern?

I wouldn't say it's really a concern.

PS: I just noticed you also have anti-virus. I suggest you stay away from Norton. Get something "better" like AVG or Kaspersky. Or you can go with no anti-virus at all, like me.

Yeah you made my mind up, i havnt used kaspersky before but its got some good recomendations. Used norton before, then when the subscription ran out i ran av free for ages until recently when i began to use AVG free - i became a little more security conscious when my house was broken into >8¬)
