14 year old girl gives birth
child (not the mom) later develops behavioral problems
dysfunctional family - father is in and out of prison, mom goes to high school for troubled kids

http://lightbox.time.com/2012/08/08/the-boy-from-troy-brenda-ann-kenneally/#1

child at one year old meets dad for first time, after the dad just got out of prison
child is put on social security disability
child is unable to function is public school system

read the description of #17, and look at his eyes in #40

the symptoms remind me of fetal alcohol syndrome.

This is what happens when there are no morals, no fathers involved in the lives of their children to be decent role models, no personal responsibility etc.

Since kindergarten, Donny has struggled with several emotional and behavioral disorders including attention deficit disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and separation anxiety. His diagnoses have resulted in multiple suspensions that have caused him to miss valuable school time.

Donny is one of a number of very young children that are part of an alarming increase in students being labeled with disabilities at much younger ages. He was suspended from school four times when he was in kindergarten, almost twice that in first grade and more than twenty days in second grade. In New York City, policy critics and social justice advocates note that minority children and children with disabilities are more likely to be suspended, and at much younger ages

So wait a minute. Having behavior problems is now a "disability". And children with disabilities are more likely to be suspend... I wonder why?

Well I thought it was suggested in other threads they we must continue to provide welfare to them to keep them docile and not burn down rich peoples houses. Seems awfully similar to Rome paying tribute to barbarian tribes.

Why should we be surprised that people we have to treat like barbarians act like barbarians instead of civilized first world citizens?

Teaches kids if they act up they can go home and play call of duty.

The part that bothered me is that from an article I read yesterday

http://www.edweek.org/ew/articles/2...Free+Daily+Stories)&google_editors_picks=true

Nearly one in six African-American students was suspended from school during the 2009-10 academic year, more than three times the rate of their white peers, a new analysis of federal education data has found.
That compares with about one in 20 white students, researchers at the Civil Rights Project/Proyecto Derechos Civiles, based at the University of California, Los Angeles, conclude. They use data collected from about half of all school districts in the nation for that year by the U.S. Department of Education’s office for civil rights.
And for black children with disabilities, the rate was even higher: One in four such students was suspended at least once that year

So you define students who are likely to be suspended, because have behavioral problems, as being "disabled" and then it becomes a civil rights problem when they are

and these fine young folks are the future of our nation USA? <sad panda>

I clicked all the slides and not one slide showed any of these kids were doing home work or study but playing video game or throwing tantrum.

I do not mean to nit-pick the way other people live, but damn, what is wrong with people?

Whatever happened to setting an example for your kids?

This is how stuff like this happens. People have decided it is wrong to judge other people's life choices.

Although in this case nit-pick is the incorrect word choice.

Seriously, the parents are the issue here. I doubt the kid has any real issues outside of neglectful parents. Look at the pics, he is bored out of his mind. And his lashouts are seeking attention. Which appears to be missing in these pics. Instead of spending time with the kid. Mommy seems to be seeking the next guy to latch on to.

What do you expect when you allow 14 year old girls to be mothers?

There isnt much we can do about that. But the idea this kid has behavior issues is ridiculous on the surface. He has neglectful parents and is seeking attention like any other kid his age does when not given it. And I dont blame him for lashing out. He is 7-8 years old and being forced to go into psych wards and take pills every night that mess with his moods. All because his parents arent there and would rather have a pill fix his "issues".

I wonder what the stats are on kids who have a parent in prison, how likely are those kids to grow up and commit crimes?

1.) Mandate abortions for teenagers (or at least teenagers < 18)
2.) Mandate adoption for teenagers (or at least teenagers < 18)

There are a whole host of things we restrict teenagers from engaging in. Why shouldnt being a parent be one of them?

14 year olds who get knocked up should be required to get an abortion.

I wish that every person depicted in those photos would be sterilized.
