cause it's my best friend in the house and it gets those little suckers squirming. One time I nailed a roach and it sh@t a trail as it was dying... was pretty nasty actually. I want to know what RAID actually does to kill roaches/crickets/spiders. I have a cricket an inch long that's squirming under my desk right now.

So does it mess with their nervous system or is it acidic to them or what ? RAID's website doesn't divulge this info.

You probably just doused it when it was trying to take a sh1t, you insensitive prick.

No, just kidding, I'd like to know what it does too.

But what's fun is dousing them with hair spray and watching them move in slow-motion and then finally freeze up.

it clogges the pores which they breathe through, similar to stuffing gum into your lungs. Any aerosol will work well killing insects, as the particles are just about the right size to clogg up thier air supply

Nerve gas.
If you breath too much, you will feel your limbs tingle and you will get diahria.

So all it does it stop their breathing ? Did they not want to make them suffer or was it just the easiest and quickest way to make them die ?

its a bug, who cares how it dies, as long as its dead right? yes, it just stops their breating, thats y if u only put a little on the bug, it will just run slower (i've heard of an experiment where they put a roach in a chamber, removed air for 10 mins, saw it slow down then stop, seemingly dead. but when they replaced the air, they saw the roach move agian and be alive just like before!!!!! goddam roaches just dont die! lol (i dont fully beleive the experiment happened, but its a cool story)

how sad is it that there is a discussion on this that has had posts in 5 mins of its starting???? lol, i'm going to bed, this is too mcuh at for a night

What's the word for people who like to watch people/things suffer ? Sadistic ? Yeah when it comes to bugs, that's me! ;) There's a little bit of that in everyone.
