How does Online Traffic School work?

I am eligible for traffic school and I was looking around for online traffic school and came across this site: www.traffic-school.org It looks pretty legitimate, but before I sign up I was wondering how the whole online traffic school thing worked. I am attending traffic school for the County of Ventura, this website says I can just sign up for their $24.95 and their online traffic school is approved for the Ventura Court.

Anyone here use online traffic school before? Is this legit? I need to send in a traffic school certificate to my court and was wondering if this online traffic school would count. Thanks

actually the traffic school will mail the certificate to the court for you 🙂

its basically just like an online quiz. YOu read a buncha stuff, and at the end there are a few questions they ask you just to make sure you did the reading. Infinite time given, but not much is needed. I highly reccommend it 🙂

wow thanks for the fast posts guys... unlimited time huh?

so where do I go to sign up for an online traffic school or is this one just fine.

Yeah, online traffic school is the way to go. Usually when you get your ticket information mailed to you, they provide several websites you can go to.

The one that I went to though required that you spend a certain amount of time on each webpage before moving to the next. In other words, it was a bit trickier to just jump to the quizes at the end of each section.

I've done it twice at www.hometrafficschool.com i believe. it consists of 15 sections + a final exam. you can basically skip to the quiz w/o reading the sections because the questions they ask are so idiotic. even if you miss one, you can just click the back button and change the answer (which are all true/false). you can finish the entire course in an hour.
