like what i said before i edit it out...
it appears to be related to the number of posts currently being updated. if there are only one, you have a longer window... but if someone else reply to another post... say the 'ps3 warranty' one, the time stamp fixes itself. so you have to go to that other post to timewarp.

Here's the skinny on the situation from a Source who wishes to remain annonymous: Recently, Anad traded his Ferrari for a DeLorean.
