It seems to work for only certain people at different times.

Even if you get the time right unless the mods forgot to lock you to one dimension it won't work for you.
 
I'm not sure how, but the other day someone posted right after me, it had them listed in the main forum listing as the last topic, but they appeared in order before mine, some wierd stuff.
