How does one know if a mobo overclocks?

I'm looking for a motherboard that costs <=$100 CAD. I came across this one, but I have no idea if it OC's or not. Can someone please find me one at NCIX that can OC and has onboard sound/video? I'd realy appreciate it!

I also found this one, it doesn't have video but it OC's and there's an open box item. Just a question; do open box products come with all the necessary cables and whatnot?

First off, the first link points to a microATx board and the next link points to a regulr ATX board. Which size do you need?

As far as 754 boards try to get an nforce3 250 chipset. If i remmeber DFI Lanparty and Asus K8N. I also believe the epox board did failry well as well

Get a Biostar TForce6100-754. I have the same board and it is a great overclocker. It also has onboard video and sound.

I've just decided on a case, so now it has to be an ATX. I'll look for the other suggestions.

Thanks!
