How does my Valentines idea sound???

I plan on getting my g/f a ring, hopefully I find out her ring size tonight. If not, I'm as good as screwed. But back to my idea. I'ma get her a ring and a single long stem red rose. Maybe take her out to dinner or something. So how does that sound? Thanks for the comments!

What kind of ring? Engagement? Or just a valentine ring? If it's just a valentine ring, I would advise you to NOT get her one of those that says "I love you" in the band. You know the ones I'm talking about? I have NEVER met a girl who would really like one of those rings. Keep it simple. Simple is elegant. Good luck!

just ask one of her friends ... he he... thats what i've done before... or just play around with her jokingly over something stupid, like playing with a zip tie, get it on her finger , then keep it, viola, you have her ring size... = P

Dude, Valentines is on Wednesday. I got two days to do this. *L* I think I'm in deep shiz if I can't get her ring size. Oh well, there's always other ideas to go with. But I like this one...
