How does my PSU stack up?

My own opinion your pushing the upper limit of that PSU!!!
That particular PSU would not be my first choice!

IMO you can do much better!!

Look at the Corsair brand for starters. Sometimes you can find some good deals!!

If you linked to the right unit, it can put out 32A combined for +12v. I'd say that is sufficient for any single GPU. Enermax has usually been pretty decent for quality and output. The major knocks against them are usually for low efficiency and re-using older designs. If you were buying new, perhaps there are better choices. However, you seem to already own this PSU, so may as well keep using it.
