I would suggest traffic school if it is available. It doesnt put a point on your record so your insurance shouldnt go up but you will have to pay money and spend a couple hours listening to someone yack yack yack. Some places they have "Traffic School With Humor".

Just take one of those online traffic school.

Personally from my experience you dont have too much of a chance in CA of beating a ticked (short of the officer not showing up). Most of the judges have heard just about everything by now.

Just buy a K40 radar and laser detection system for your car. They will pay the ticket if the systems fails to jam the radar/block the laser. ;)
I've never gotten a speeding ticket.

lawyers...judges...court? sounds like a lot of trouble for a little ticket. just do online traffic school.
