How does Intel Iris 5100 compare to older dedicated GPU's?

Am taking my MB Pro overseas (see specs in sig) and want to preload some games on it and set steam to offline. Just wondering what games would be suitable to play on an Iris 5100. For example, one game I want to play from 2010 has recommended requirements of a Core 2 CPU and a 8800 GTX 768 MB GPU. I know the CPU is well ahead of a Core 2 but not sure how a Iris 5100 compared to a 8800 GTX. I'm sure it's slower but not sure by how much.

Will probably game at 1440 x 900 so not a high resolution.

"The performance of the Iris Graphics 5100 is about 20 percent above the HD Graphics 5000, which can be found in ULV CPUs of the 15W class. In a best case scenario, the IGP machtes a dedicated GeForce GT 640M LE. In other cases, however, the performance is only at the level of the GeForce GT 620M due to the limited memory bandwidth. Current games (as of 2013) can be played fluently in low or medium detail settings and a resolution of 1.024 x 768 or 1.366 x 768 pixels."

For example, Dirt Rally 1024x768 = Low, BF Hardline 1024x768 = Low, COD:AW 1024x768 = Low, Civ BE 1024x768 = Low, Grid Autosport 1366x768 Med., etc.

That GPU is slower than 8800GT:

Inside that link, there are countless games tested with 5100 GPU and it shows in green what games / resolution it can handle.
