Been waiting a while for my 75gxp replacement drive and finally, last night, the rma status page says they shipped my drive, over a week ago? and they dont give a tracking number or tell you what carrier is used 🙁

Lots of you have RMA'd drives to IBM, what carrier do they use?

hey there, i was in the the same situation as you were... They got my drive on the 17th, and i finally got it back into my hands yesterday (friday). I always checked the status page to see if my hard drive was sent yet, and it still said "drive recieved but replacment not yet shipped" and what do you know its in my hands already.

Btw, They used UPS 2Nd Day Air when sending my hard drive back to me..

Let me know if you have any more questions, i'll try to answer them...

thanks.

Thanks, probably get it next week some time, what size/model drive did you return and what did you get back? mine was a 46.1 75gxp

I RMA'd a drive to IBM about 6 months ago. They sent the replacement Airborne Express. They might have changed though to UPS...give them a call and ask
