How does eating stuff like meat make you healthy??

Even the fattiest hamburger meat in our local grocery stores are 80/20 (20% fat).

I take that back.. on occasion I have noticed some 75/25 before.

Adding mass has nothing to do with being healthy. If you want to be healthy you would accept the level of muscle your body will show and move on.

That being said there are many less fatty meats that have already been talked about.

chicken and tuna is very low fat and really high in protein. Also fish has the kind of fat that is good for you.

50% fat? you really need to select leaner cuts.
and venison ftw. venison is the leanest meat going.
