How does Comedy Central get away with uncensored shows?

They have South Park the movie on now.I have seen other movies they play at night also uncensored,just wondering why other cable channels besides pay movie channels(hbo, etc) dont show movies and shows uncensored at night yet comedy central can?
Seem like the FCC would be all over them.
It weird flipping to CC and hearing "fvck canada!" and "shut your fvcking face uncle fvcker" 🙂
 
How many threads do we need on this, they are not mandated by the FCC since it's subscription, it's only what the advertisers will allow.

I figured that much and because it is late but it just seems like other channels would do the same but I have never noticed it.

Yep at the moment the FCC has no authority to regulate content on cable. Non-premium cable channels pretty much police themselves but are willing to go a bit further from 10PM-6AM when children are presumed to be in bed.

I am not against it.I rarely watch tv so its just weird to see that.When I was young and watched tv more you would never see that line crossed besides for HBO and such even late night.

Well knowing that now im suprised more stations dont show porn at say 1am,thats a large window of advertisements and viewers.
