They don't say, so we don't know. I don't think even the AnandTech staff knows, all the ad stuff is done by a 3rd party so that there can't be any conflicts of interest.

He makes money from all the ads. The companies even pay him thousands of dollars to run one banner or whatever, but he also have to feed the 20 editors he has hired to make this site so big. Hopefully that answers your questions.
