I could suggest you could translate all that into one word. Neo-cons don't like it; it's a "card" that people don't overtly play. If humor makes people mad, it may eventually be effectual.
I've known a lot of human "turkeys" in my lifetime, and it's an appellation of mild derision that is fair enough for humor.
"American Thinker." There's a title bound to snag folks who are a bit short in thinking that they fall into such a category.
