How does a laptop GeForce2 work? Wouldn't it be horridly slow due to shared memory?

I'm specing and pricing a Dell Laptop (i8000) and it has an option for a GeForce2...should I bother getting this, or is it just going to suck becuase of shared memory bandwidth?

Thanks MelikK. Cool so it uses it's own RAM soldered to the mobo rather than sharing with main memory.
I like it 😎

Well it's a couple hundred canadian...but I'm considering getting rid of my desktop altogether and going just laptop (I'll keep my monitor attached to the docking bay, so I'm not stuck on the tiny screen all the time).

But if the GF2Go is decent, I can get a CPU in the 700-800Range fairly cheap, with 64MB of RAM, then add 256MB from Micron.

Would be a pretty good machine really.
