How does a GTX 280 compare to a 4870 in 8xAA (or high IQ) at 1920 in benchmarks?

I bought my 4870 for £180, and I'm very happy with it, but like with all tech in life, I find myself wanting faster (mainly in Crysis). I like to play most games with very high IQ (except Crysis which hates it) but with UK GTX 280 prices plummeting more and more everyday, I've been really tempted. £235 for a GTX 280 imo is a bargain, and the price the 4870 started at. It's also half the price the GTX 280 started at.

Anyone have any high IQ 1920 x 1200 benchmarks? I'm trying to decide whether the GTX 280 is worth an extra £60 at my gaming resolutions and settings.

What do you guys think?

Computerbase has the 4870 4% faster than the GTX 280 at 1600x1200 8x AA, and its rare to see sites doing 8x AA, which is why that one came to mind

Either way I really doubt its worth the money, might as well go for a X2 then

Also notice how good GTX 260 Sli is until you crank up the AA, very impressive
