How do you use Compatible mode?

I was expecting it to work just like a patch. Well how do you use compatible mode in w2k?

you mean the windows 2000 compatibility update? just right click a shortcut, go to properties, and hit the compatibility tab. then you check the "run in compatibility mode" box and pick which OS you want win2k to emulate.

Well this is my problem, I was trying to install NBA live and it say, it only works with MS 95,98 etc
